On paper:

Handwritten corrections using Duden proofreading symbols.

In electronic data:

Word 2007:
Texts are corrected in the track changes mode.

Adobe PDF:
Depending on the client’s preferences, corrections to PDF texts are entered in the PDF commentary mode, or Duden proofreading symbols are added to the PDF file as electronically created corrections using a special application programme.

The data delivery type will be arranged with the client. The following delivery options are available:
  • by fax
  • as a scanned file
  • as a Word file
  • as a PDF file
  • an FTP server is being set up
